As the service and administrative liaison for clients, Sherry addresses queries about such topics as new accounts and online service, as well as general questions and concerns. Her goal is to offer clients friendly, efficient and helpful service. Sherry also handles the team's administrative needs.

She joined the Iles Schropp Group in 2000 following a nineteen-year career in the banking industry. She lives in Clio, Michigan with her husband, Mike. They enjoy camping, kayaking and Tiger baseball.
