Our experience is a key differentiator for clients. Each of our principals brings intellectual capital, practical know how and a refined knowledge base gained through decades of service. Our complementary skill sets in strategy, investment management and banking help advance client goals and interests by tackling diverse elements of wealth management. We insist upon a holistic approach devising strategies that align multiple priorities.

The work we do is often nuanced and intricate. Clients look to us for insight and guidance during critical junctures in their financial lives. For entrepreneurs and business owners we create detailed frameworks that organize initiatives before, during and after liquidity events. For institutional clients we develop investment goals and objectives that respond to their governance, fiduciary and capital preservation and enhancement needs. For family clients we devise investment analyses, asset and liability studies and wealth transfer strategies that organize the many moving parts of their wealth. In all of our efforts we prioritize the client’s goals seeking to apply our experience to propel their personal and professional aspirations.

We recognize that wealth preservation is not a short term endeavor. Our team is attuned to the needs of multiple generations of client families. Our outreach incorporates traditional elements such as estate planning strategies in addition to innovative programs including family meetings, seminars and retreats. We look to foster the transfer of vision and values in conjunction with balance sheet wealth. Clients look to us for direction in clarifying the responsibilities, challenges and opportunities of significant wealth. Throughout our engagements we look to support families not simply in establishing the vehicles and services that help them advance toward their goals, but in following through on a personal level. We are a tightly knit team and adopt that same immediacy with the families we serve.

Serving Institutions as Well as Individuals

The leader of our team Frank Migliazzo is a specially designated Global Institutional Consultant – one of approximately 80 throughout the Firm. Our team has significant experience in working with endowments and foundations. We have a keen understanding of the requirements and responsibilities of board and committee members relative to investment management and financial oversight. We leverage the extensive capabilities of the Private Banking &Investment Group to promote the financial stability and longevity of nonprofit institutions so that they can better fulfill their underlying missions.
