Having had the privilege of serving clients who have attained considerable wealth for over 30 years, we recognize that preservation of that wealth is an important consideration. As portfolio managers, we look to capitalize upon a deeper understanding of our client’s unique objectives and risk tolerance to identify a suitable investment strategy. Leveraging the depth of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s industry-leading research, which has been recognized consistently over the past several years as the top global research firm, we strive to mitigate down-side volatility in the design of our strategies. We look to accomplish this by increasing portfolio diversification across multiple asset classes, using factor-based analysis to understand the drivers of risk and return and through deep due diligence into the ETFs, mutual funds and other securities used to express our views. As fee and tax conscious investors, we are careful in identifying efficient implementation vehicles to achieve our client’s objectives.

We are members of the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch, an elite division within the Firm specially designed to cater to ultra-affluent clients. We don’t dabble in significant wealth; we focus on it exclusively. As a result, we are keenly attuned to the issues that clients face.
