We are a highly experienced wealth management team that works with a select group of ultra-affluent families nationwide, designing and implementing integrated wealth strategies to pursue success as they define it. We care deeply about the clients we serve, catering to their needs with a commitment, dedication, and precision that attest to our deep-seated interest in their lives and long-term well-being.

We typically work with wealth creators: entrepreneurs, business owners, and their family members. We’re privileged to advise a dynamic and active clientele, many of whom anticipate or have undergone liquidity events. We savor our ability to help families discern and address the many issues and decisions that can accompany significant wealth, serving them with an intimacy, attentiveness, and discretion that underscore our principles as a team.

Designed to Be Different

We built our team from the ground up to align with the needs of accomplished families. As members of the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch, we don’t dabble in the needs of ultra-high-net-worth families; we exclusively work with a limited number of clients who demand the refined skills, mature judgment, and in-depth knowledge that we bring. We formed our team to remedy a critical shortcoming. Too often, there exists a gap between strategy and execution. Affluent families may have excellent frameworks to build and transfer wealth, but little follow-through. Or they may pursue a multitude of initiatives, but fail to knit them together with coordination and deliberation. We seek to bridge and bolster both spheres: strategy and implementation, forethought and follow through.

Our leaders, Michelle Mayer and Michael Brodnik, have spent their careers navigating the issues and opportunities that significant wealth entails. Their direct experience and practical insight intensify our value, helping clients capitalize on efficiencies, avoid pitfalls, and chart their paths forward. Our investment team, Robert Frank and Lizzie Willey, apply their analytical talents and broad investment acumen to design customized portfolios that reflect the individuality of each client’s circumstances, timelines, and objectives. And our associate, Reveca Chavez, leads our service model, providing the reliable, warm, and responsive assistance that is the foundation of our approach.
